There were nine BCD driving trailer cars. They were numbered 1 - 9.
BCD 4,5 and 6 entered service January 1921. All the other BCD cars entered service May/June 1921. They were converted from _BC_ cars.
With the recoding from 1921, the BCD 1 - 9 were recoded to _D__ 14 - 22.
