VOCY - Bogie Open Wagon

VOCY wagons were vehicles placed into dedicated "Freight Centre" traffic from 1979 to the early 1980's. They were recoded from ELX_ or VOCX wagons.

Large stations in regional Victoria were given the status of "Freight Centre" in an effort to remove LCL traffic and small wagons loads from small stations and sidings. The wagons were placarded with Freight Centre markings.
