Four _BS_ cars were converted in 1962 for service on the 'Spirit of Progress' train.
VFS 1, 2, 3, 4 were converted from BS 10, 11, 14, 9 respectively.
In 1983, VFS 1 was converted to BRS_ 8.
In 1987, VFS 2 was renumbered to VFS 214. In 1990 it was converted to BS 214.
In 1962, VFS 3 was converted to VFR_ 1.
In 1962, VFS 4 was converted to VFR 2.
