Built new as "Onkaparinga" and issued to service 16/6/1911.
It was fitted with transition couplers during March 1936 and fitted with autocouplers during June 1936.
It was condemned at Islington in 1972.
It was retrieved by a school and was rescued in 1988 by the Port Dock Museum where it was undergoing restoration.
